What Is My User ID?

When enrolling in Account Manager (online banking), you choose your own User ID. You can also change your User ID from within the "Manage My Profile" section of Account Manager. If you've forgotten it, you can have a reminder e-mailed to you.

If you enrolled in Account Manager (online banking) prior to June 4, 2009, and never changed your User ID since, then your User ID is the same as your Member Number (the identification number you were given when you joined Provident, which can be found on your regular monthly or quarterly member statement).
